Kent A. Rogers
Kent is the founder of Lodestar Law. He has over a decade of experience working for fortune 500 companies defending Defense Base Act and Non-Appropriated Fund claims. Now he uses this experience for injured workers. Kent has represented claims involving injuries on all seven continents and is well versed in the strategies and tactics used by front line adjusters and directives from insurance executives to attempt to minimize payouts and marginalize legitimately injured workers.
